How do credits work?
One unified credit pool spans every paid action. A tutor message is 1 credit, an image is 40, a video is 400. Subscriptions refill monthly; top-ups stack and expire at cycle end.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, charge the full new plan price, and reset your billing cycle to today. Downgrades aren't allowed mid-cycle; cancel and resubscribe at cycle end.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset every cycle (no rollover). Top-up credits stick around until the current cycle ends, then expire. Plan changes revoke any remaining subscription credits but preserve top-ups.
What if I buy a plan but nothing happens?
Your DODO payment is the source of truth. Hit the Sync button on your billing page and we'll pull the latest from DODO and reconcile your account. If you have your DODO payment ID, support can recover any payment.
Tax and invoicing?
Prices shown are pre-tax. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top, automatically. Invoices are GST-compliant under KriyaXlabs Pvt. Ltd. (the legal entity behind Crampad) and downloadable from your billing page.
